摘要
以浙江省象山县爵溪镇这个具有多年外销历史的中国针织名镇为例,通过对其针织业OEM状况的调查,分析了当地的OEM现状,以加工产品的品牌知名度来区分存在3种形式:专卖店品牌、大卖场品牌、拉美等地方小品牌及无品牌地摊货,指出了存在的问题,如过度依赖外来定单和单一品牌,缺乏持续性和稳定性,技术设备落后,创新与研发能力薄弱,缺乏自主品牌,缺乏人才等,并提出了针织行业OEM的发展方向。
Taking the example of the famous Chinese knitting town-Jue Xi Town, Xiang Shan County, Zhe Jiang Province, which has had many years of exportation experience, this paper investigates the OEM of its knitting industry, analyzes the local situation of OEM, lists three categories of brands, i.e., specialty shop brand, big sale market brand, American small brand and non-brand booth, and points out the problems, such as excessive dependence on foreign orders, single brand, lack of durative and stability, laggard technology and device, weakness of innovation, research and development, lack of self-owned brand, lack of qualified personnel, and so on. In addition, this paper points out the developing direction of the OEM in knitting industry.
