洗晒处理对彩色棉织物色泽的影响

Influence of different washing and airing on the color of colored cotton knitted fabrics

对棕、绿色彩色棉织物进行酸、碱、水、肥皂液和洗衣粉浸洗,并采用不同晾晒方式和洗涤不同次数,将处理后的彩色棉织物采用Orintex计算机测色配色系统进行色系测试。色系分析结果表明:盐酸能加深彩色棉织物的色泽;纯碱能加深棕色棉的色泽,却降低绿色棉的色泽;水和肥皂的洗涤效果优于洗衣粉;阴干效果优于晒干效果。

The brown and green cotton knitted fabrics were washed different times using acid, alkali, water, soap bath and washing powder and then were dried in different modes. The treated colored cotton fabrics were tested by Orintex computer-aided color testing and matching system. The results show that acid can improve the color of colored cotton fabric, alkali can improve the color of brown cotton knitted fabric but reduce the color of green cotton knitted fabric, the washing effect of water and soap is better that that of the washing powder and the drying in the shade is better than insolation
