摘要
通过对钢管结构无加劲法兰承力的系统试验,分析了无加劲法兰的变形和受力状态,研究了法兰承载力与法兰盘厚度、螺栓边距、螺栓疏密及偏心距的关系,并提出了合理的螺栓受力修正系数和法兰承载力计算公式。
Based on systematic load-bearing tests of steel tube non-stiffened flanges, the deformation and load-bearing pattern are analyzed, and the relation of flange load-carrying capacity to the flange thickness, distance between bolts and edge of flanges, spacing of bolts and eccentricity are also studied. The reasonable tension revised coefficient of bolts and load-carrying capacity calculation formula of non-stiffened flanges are hereby presented in this paper.
