循环流化床锅炉冷态空气动力场试验包括主要风量测量装置标定试验、一次和二次风机系统的风量测量装置的标定、空床阻力试验、料层阻力及临界流化风量试验、流化质量试验等。该锅炉在点火启动及调试时,应进行床温控制、床压控制、冷渣器系统运行的工作。该锅炉调试中,常见故障有床温过高或过低、床压过高或过低、床面结焦、冷渣器堵塞。应合理调整床温、床压等参数,确保该锅炉安全、稳定运行。

During the ignition for start-up and adjustment of the boiler it is necessary to carry out bed temperature control, bed pressure control and cold slag system operation. During adjustment of the boiler the normal failures include too high or low temqerature of the bed, too high or low pressure of bed; coking on the bed surface, block of cold slag device, etc. So it is necessary to adjust the bed temperature and pressure properly to ensure safe and stable operation of the boiler.
