摘要
基于抗坏血酸还原铜（Ⅱ），而用新亚铜试剂－分光光度法测定新生的铜（Ⅰ），籍以间接测定制剂中的抗坏血酸含量，其结果与碘量法一致。
Ascorbic acid (VC) in preparations was determined by indirect spectrophotometry, based on the color formation of Cu(I)-neocuproine complex from neocuproine and Cu (II) which could be reduced by VC. The results obtained were in good agreement with the iodine titration method.
