摘要
对于高频链逆变器的控制,本文提出一种全数字化混合式正弦脉冲脉位调制(HSPWPM)控制策略,主变压器传递高频SPWPM波,根据输出电压和电流的极性对周波变换器的驱动逻辑进行分段控制,周波变换器的驱动脉冲为低频和高频调制的混合,推导了要满足电感电流磁通连续条件。介绍了该方法的工作原理,用Saber进行了仿真并制作了全桥-全波拓扑结构的300VA原理样机,仿真结果和实验验证了所提出方法的可行性,为进一步提高高频链逆变器的变换效率提供了一种新的方法。
A novel full digitalized control strategy called hybrid sinusoidal pulse width phase modulation (SPWPM) is proposed in this paper according to the control of high-frequency link inverter. High frequency SPWPM wave is transmitted by the main transformer while the driving logic of the cycloconverter switches is determined by the polarity of the output voltage and output current. So the driving signals of cycloconverter switches are combined with low frequency pulses and high frequency ones, and in this way the switching loss of cycloconverter can be lowered. The value of inductance is also deducted to satisfy the coil concatenation mode of inductance current. The operation principle of the proposed method is analyzed and it is verified by the simulation results of Saber and experimental results of 300VA prototype with full-bridge full-wave topology. The proposed control strategy is simple and can improve the conversion efficiency of high-frequency link inverter further.
