摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定古汉养生精中主要成分淫羊霍苷和黄芪甲苷.淫羊霍苷和黄芪甲苷的线性范围分别为0.094～0.470mg/mL和0.012～0.060mg/mL,回收率分别为98.69%和101.35%,相对标准偏差分别为0.48%和0.77%.
A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of icariin and astragaloside in Ancient Han Health-Keeping Extract.Linear ranges of icariin and astragaloside were 0.0940.470mg/mL and 0.0120.060mg/mL.The recovery rates for icariin and astragaloside were 98.69% and 101.35% respectively with RSD of 0.48% and 0.77% respectively.The results showed that this method was simple,rapid and accurate.
