眼针治疗急性腹痛124例报告

Eye-Acupuncture for the Treatment of Acute Abdominal Pain—A Report of 124 Cases

我们对124例急性腹痛病人用眼针止痛,取得了满意效果,特报告如下.1 临床资料1989年～1993年5月期间,我们接诊了属于内科范围的急性腹痛248例,随机分为治疗组和对照组、治疗组124例中,男性75例,女性49例;年龄最大者64岁,最小者9岁,平均39岁;病程最长者为12小时,最短者半小时;124例中急性胃肠炎55例,胆石症胆囊炎10例,胃、十二指肠溃疡47例,输尿管结石4例,急性胰腺炎2例,胆道蛔虫症6例.对照组在年龄、性别、病种上和治疗组基本相近,两组有可比性.

248 cases with acute abdominal pain were randomly divided into 2 groups: 124 cases treated with eye-acupuncture and the other 124 cases treated with atropine as controls. The total effective rate in eye-acupuncture group and atropine group were 88. 71% and 74.18% respectively. Statistics showed noticeable difference between two groups(p<0. 05), suggesting the superiority of eye-acupuncture to the conventional treatment.
