胃痛止治疗急性胃痛的药理研究

Pharmacological Studies on Wei Tong Zhi in the Treatment of Acute Stomachache

药理实验证明,胃痛止Ⅰ号对在体肠平滑肌,胃痛止Ⅱ号、外用号对在体和离体肠平滑肌自发性活动具有明显的抑制作用;三种药物均具有抗组胺和氨化钡的作用,胃痛止Ⅱ号、外用号还具有抗乙酰胆碱的作用;实验还观察到,胃痛止Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号有明显的镇痛作用.

Pharmacological experiments revealed that the series of Wei Tong Zhi( Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ ,the last one for external use)can inhibit the spontaneous activity of intestinal smooth muscle in vivo and antognize histamine and barium chloride ; Wei Tong Zhi Ⅱ and Ⅲ also can inhibit the spontaneous activity of intestinal smooth muscle in vitro and antoginize acetylcholine. The experiments also domonstrated Wei Tong Zhi Ⅰ and Ⅱ had significant analgesia effect. The acute toxicity test showed that the tolerance dose of Wei Tong Zhi I and I in mice was 333 times as large as that of adults.
