通过对国内外重点钢铁企业专利申报量,专业分布及专利申报方向的研究,分析了这些企业的专利战略和在中国的专利布局及可能产生的技术壁垒,并据此提出国内钢铁企业应加强专利战略的研究,建立适合本企业长远发展的专利战略。

Studied on patent declaration quantity of key iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad, their patent major distribution and their declaration direction, the writers analyzed the patent strategy of these enterprises and their patent arrangement in china and the possibility of technology barrier. Accordingly, the writers proposed that the internal iron and steel enterprises should strengthen the researches on patent strategy and establish a long-term patent strategy that fit self-development.
