The technical innovation in the modern enterprises includes product change, instrument reconstruction, process alteration, management alteration and so on. The enterprise should persist in the precondition of technical innovation to make the best of the original production capacity through the smart innovation to realize the holding and adding value of the assets and optimizing utilization of resource.
