河北农村富余劳动力就业问题及对策研究

A Study on the Countermeasures and the Employment Probblems of Surplus Labour Forces in the Countryside of Hebei Province

河北农业人口多,而且农业在业劳动力隐性过剩,形成了庞大的富余劳动力群体,解决富余劳动力就业问题,成为河北经济发展面临的重要课题。本文分析了河北省农村劳动力资源及就业状况,指出了河北农村富余劳动力就业中存在的问题,提出了解决河北农村富余劳动力就业的对策建议。

Since Hebei has a large population of farmers, and has potential surplus labour forces in agriculture and there are a large number of spare labourers, solving the problem of surplus labour forces is an important task lying ahead of economic development in Hebei Province. This paper analyses the labour force resources in the countryside as well as the employment situation,points out its problems and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of the employment of surplus labour forces in the countryside of Hebei Province.
