分层推进是整体展开高校教改的途径

Pushing Educational Reform in Colleges and Universities forward in Different Steps is the Way to Carry It out Entirely

笔者提出应充分理解推进高校教学改革的重要性与着眼点,通过分层实施,宏观与微观相结合,“点”“面”展开,普及与提高相结合的分层推进途径,从而整体展开高校内部教学改革,是高校发展进程的战略选择。

The author points out that it is the strategic choice in the course of development of colleges and universities to grasp the reality timely, to fully understand the importance and the focus of attention of pushing educational reform forward. Thus, the teaching reform inside colleges and universities can be carried out entirely by combining macro-reform with micro-reform, and combining popularization with improvement.
