三氮唑核苷泡腾颗粒剂人体生物利用度研究

STUDIES ON BIOAVAILABILITY OF RIBAVIRIN GRANULES IN HEALTHY VOLUNTEER

用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定了８名健康志愿者单剂量口服三氮唑核苷泡腾颗粒剂６ｏｏｍｇ和等剂量口服液的生物利用度。结果表明，两种剂型的Ｔ_（ｍａｘ）、Ｃ_（ｍａｘ）、Ｔ_（ｔａｇ）、ｋ_ａ、ＡＵＣ均无显著差异（ｐ＞０．１），两者是生物等效的。

Eight healthy adults received single 600mg oral doses of ribavirin granules or solution. The relative bioavailability was compared by RP-HPLC and the pharmacokinetic parameters were given. The result showed that the T_(max),C_(max), T_(lag). K_a, AUC had no singnificiant difference between two dosage forms(p>0.1), and the two forms were bioequivalent.
