ISOLATION AND STRUCTURE ELUCIDATION OF A RELATED SUBSTANCE IN FLUCONAZOLE

氟康唑成品经制备薄层色谱分离纯化，用ＨＰＬＣ测定纯度，用红外、紫外、质谱、核磁共振测定了其中主要杂质的结构为２－（２，４－二氟苯基）－１－（１Ｈ－１，２，４－三唑－１－基）－３－（４Ｈ－１，２，４－三唑－４－基）－２－丙醇。

Impurities in fluconazole were separates by preparative thinlayer chromatography of silica gel GF254 and purified by recrystalization. The structure of the main trace compound was elucidated by IR, UV, MS and ￣1HNMR as 2-(2, 4-difluorophenyl)-1-(1H-1, 2,4-triazol-1-yl)-3-(4H,-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-2-propanol.
