炔诺酮丸的HPLC测定

DETERMINATION OF NORETHISTERONE PELLETS BY HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法测定炔诺酮丸的含量，采用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ_（１８）Ｈ_（３７）色谱柱，以醋酸氢化可的松作内标，甲醇－水（６０：４０）为流动相，检测波长２４０ｎｍ。方法灵敏、简单、重现性好，平均回收率１００．１％，ＲＳＤ０．２６％。

In the HPLC determination of norethisterone pellets,chromatographic conditions were as follows.column, YWG-C_(18)H_(37) φ4.0×250mm;mobile phase,methanol-water (60:40);internal standard, hydrocortisone acetate;flow rate,1 ml/min; detection wavelength,240mm. The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.1%,and 0.26%, respectively. The method is simple and sensitive. The result is accurate.
