摘要
采用分光光度法测定丹参注射液中葡萄糖的含量，消除了丹参提取物的干扰．其线性范围为５０～１５０μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率为１００．０％，ＲＳＤ＝１．７５％，结果满意．
A satisfactory spectrophotometric method has been developed to analysis of glucose in injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..The compositions of extract of Salviamilrtiorrhiza Bge.do not interfer the determination of glucose.The linear range is 50～150μg/ml and the average recovery is 100.0%(RSD=1.75%.).
