β-Cyclodextrin was determined by two methods using high performance liquid chromatography.In method 1,β-cyclodextrin was separated on YWG NH2-10 (250×4.6mm) column,using acetonitrile-water(58:42) as the eluent.In method 2,a MicroPak SP C18-5(150×4.6mm) column was chosen and methanol-water(8.5:91.5) was used as the eluent.β-Cydodextrin is detected with a refractive index detector.
