白血病舌质及血瘀病理研究

Pathological Research in Tongue Proper and Blood Stasis of Leukemia

运用彩色微循环检测、病理及电镜剖析了白血病血瘀的实质,并与再生障碍性贫血的血虚及健康人进行了对照。观察到白血病病人舌质瘀象为淡暗、红、紫暗舌;舌尖蕈状乳头增大,微血管明显增宽,数目增多,微血流减慢,白细胞明显增多。舌组织切片除微血管明显扩张外,见到白血病细胞淤滞及间质中白血病细胞浸润。超微结构中见到各型病人微血管中白血病细胞贴壁,亦见红细胞聚集;内皮细胞中线粒体增多、肿胀、脊缺如,内质网扩张、脱颗粒等。研究在一定程度上说明了白血病病人微血管内血瘀发生的机理,为指导白血病的活血化瘀治疗提供了参考。

By means of color microcirculation detection and electron microscope, we analysed the parenchyma of leukemia, and compared it with blood deficiency of aplastic anemia patients and that of healthy people. We observed that: the tongue proper of leukemia was slightly dark、 red or red dark; the fungoid papilla enlarged, the microangium widened obviously, the amount of microangium increased, the microcirculation slowed down, the WBC count increased obviously. Besides obvious expanded micrangium in the section of tongue tissue,the stasis of leukemia cells and infiltration of interstitial leukemia cells were observed. In utrastructure, we observed that: the WBC closed wall in the micrngium of all kinds of patients,the RBC accumulated;the mitochondria in endothelial cells increased 、 sweued and became deficient, the reticulum expanded 、degranulated, etc. This study explained the mechanism of blood stasis in leukemia in certain degrees,and provided enlightening guidance for the treatment of leukemia by means of activiting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.
