对《中医基础理论》有关经络的两点商榷

The Discussion on Severial Questions about Meridian in“Fundamental Theory of Chinese Medicine”

《中医基础理论》是高等医药院校教材。关于经络系统的组成,该书将十二经别与正经十二、奇经八脉并列,将十二经筋、十二皮部与经脉、络脉并列,是不妥当的。十二经脉是正经的主干,十二经别、十二经筋、十二皮部是十二正经的分支,又属络脉的范畴。关于督、任、冲脉的起始,该书皆说起于胞中,与《内经》、《难经》记载不同,应该认真讨论,加以规范。

Fundamental Theory of Chinese Medicine 'is a textbook of medical colleges and universities. According to the composition of meridian, it is not proper in this book to parallel branches of the twelve regular channel with twelve main channels and eight extra channels, to parallel muscles a-long the twelve regular channels and twelve skin areas with channels and collaterals. Twelve channels are main condiut, branches of the twelve regular channels and muscles along the twelve regular channels and twelve skin areas are all branches of twelve channels, and belong to the collaterals. About the starting point of du channel, ren channel and chong channel, it was thought to start from uterus in this book, which is different from that in 'The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic' and 'Classic on Medical Problems'. We should discuss it conscientiously and standarize it.
