泛珠江三角洲经济结构差异、成因及合作策略研究

On Economic Disparity in the Pan-Pear-River-Delta Region, Its Contributing Factors and Some Countermeasures

本文以泛珠江三角洲区域①内具有代表性的广东、湖南、贵州三省为研究对象,采用可变弹性生产函数法和全要素生产率法分析三省的经济差距及其原因。实证分析表明,广东省率先进行改革开放的制度变革及由此吸收了更多的投资、形成了更多的固定资本是拉开经济差距的关键因素。文章最后在总结广东经济发展路径依赖的基础上,提出了泛珠江三角洲区域经济合作竞争的路径选择:发挥比较优势,形成竞争优势。

Taking Guangdong,Hunan and Guizhou provinces in the Pan-Pear-River-Delta region as the representative analytical objects,this thesis analyses the economic disparity among the three provinces and its causes by using the methods of variable elastic production function and all-factor productivity. The result of the positive analysis shows that Guangdong took the lead of reforming its regimes and systems in advance under the banner of 'Reform and Open-up',attractiung more funds and forming more fixed capitals than others by taking advantage of the situation,which acts as the key cause for the economic disparity. At the end of the thesis,the path option for the cooperation and competition in tbe Pan-Pear-River-Delta region has been put forth based on the summary of the path-reliance for Guangdong provincial economic development: bring the comparative advantages into full play in order to build up competitive advantages.
