盐酸丙卡特罗及其片剂含量测定方法的研究

STUDIES ON DETERMINATION OF PROCATEROL HYDROCHLORIDE AND ITS TABLETS

用ＨＰＬＣ法测定盐酸丙卡特罗及其片剂的含量与有关物质，原料药重现性试验及片剂回收率试验ＲＳＤ均小于０．５％，并可分离出４个杂质峰。另用一阶导数双波长光谱法测定片剂含量，可消除辅料干扰，回收率９９．５０％，ＲＳＤ＝０．７２％。

Procaterol hydrochloride(1) and its tablets and its related substances were determined by HPLC.The RSD of the replicate determinations and the average recovery were not more than 0.5%.Four peaks of impurities could be separated from 1.1 tablets were also determined by the double wave length first order derivative spectrophotometry to eliminate the interference of excipients.The RSD was less than 0.72%,while the average recovery of 1 was 99.50%.
