摘要
报道了测定吡哌酸含量的一种新方法。在０．００８ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ中，它具有灵敏的吸附还原峰，峰电位－０．６２Ｖ（ｖｓ·ＳＣＥ）。在０．０１～０．４μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内，峰高与浓度成线性关系，测定结果满意。
A voltammetric method for determination of pipemidic acid (PPA) is described. In 0.008 mol/L HCl, PPA produces a very sensitive adsorptive reduction peak. The peak potential is -0.62V(vs. SCE). The peak height is linear with the concentration of PPA in the range of 0.01￣0.4μg/ml. This method has been used for the determination of PPA Tablets with satisfactory results.
