摘要
5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)用DL-聚乳酸(PLA)作为载体,采用相分离-凝聚法制备含药量60%、粒径105~180μm的微球。并进行了微球在pH7.4磷酸盐缓冲液中和栓塞兔肾动脉后的药物释放试验。5-FU/PLA微球具有较理想的缓释作用。
An attempt is being made to develop poly(DL-lactic acid) microspheres containing 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) as a new anticancer preparation for tumour arterial chemoembolization therapy.The microspheres with diameter of 105~180 μm and drug loading of 60% were successfully prepared by an improved Phase separation process and the drug release tests were carried out in vitro/in vivo.
