摘要
介绍了含硫多肽类抗生素诺西肽(nosiheptide)产生菌S.actuosus的诱变谱系及诺西肽发酵条件的研究。经紫外照射处理及自然分离获得的诱变菌株Z_(10),其在适当的通气条件下培养,补入1%葡萄糖和2.5‰硫酸钠,诺西肽产量可达1000μg/ml左右,比野生株原始产量提高10倍。本研究为诺西肽工业生产奠定了基础。
The results of strain improvement by UV mutation and fermentation condition optimization for the nosiheptide-producing strain. Streptomyces, actuosus sp Z_(10) are reported. It showed that when the mutant Z_(10) obatined by mutational breeding was cultured under optimal conditions (28~30℃,270r/min, addition of 10% glucose and 0.25% Na_2SO_4) for 10d, it produced 1000μg/ml of nosiheptide. It is about 10 times the parent strain.
