摘要
采用油中干燥法,以EudragitRS100和EudragitRL100为囊材制备水溶性药物甘氨酸茶碱钠微囊。实验结果表明,所得微囊能延缓药物的释放,且以EudragitRS100为囊材制得的微囊缓释性能较优。囊材和囊心物比例为4:1时的微囊缓释效果优于比例为2:1时。含药微囊的体外溶出皆符合Higuchi方程。
The microcapsules containing theophylline sodium glycinate with solid dispersing agent were prepared by solvent evaporation technique in a liquid paraffin medium. The copolymers of Eudragit-RL100 and Eudragit-RS100 were used for microcapsule material. In vitro it was found that the drug release rate decreased with increasing microcapsule material and the drug release rate of Eudragit-RS100 microcapsules was slower than that of Eudragit-RL100 microcapsules. Drug release appeared to fit Higuchi matrix model kinetics.
