摘要
在320~450nm波长范围内,采用二阶导数分光光度法,可消除人工牛黄及复方制剂中其他成分对胆酸测定的干扰,利用峰谷的最大振幅值,计算胆酸的含量。方法简便,灵敏度高,重现性好。
In the range of 320~450nm wavelength, the interference to the determination of cholic acid by other components contained in artificial ox gallstone or compound preparations could be eliminated with second order derivative spectrophotometry. The content of cholic acid was calculated on the maximal amplitude at peak weavelength. The method is convenient, sensitive and reproducible
