摘要
针对在直流供电的地铁、轻轨运输系统中,产生的杂散电流对铁轨周围土壤中的埋地金属管线、车站、区间隧道、高架桥梁等混凝土结构中的钢筋产生电化学腐蚀这一状况。论述了对城市快轨杂散电流实施腐蚀自动监测的意义,阐述了自行研制开发的杂散电流腐蚀自动监测原理及系统组成,通过模拟试验证明了杂散电流腐蚀自动系统的测量精度满足设计要求,而且能灵敏地反映杂散电流的腐蚀程度。
Stray current caused electrochemical corrosion to the steels used in urban railway transportation system is very common. The authors developed an automatic monitoring system on the corrosion. In this paper, principles and composition of the system were introduced. The simulation test showed that the system can precisely reflect the corrosion.
