超氧化物歧化酶在胃肠道内的稳定性与口服吸收研究

STUDY ON STABILITY AND ABSORPTION OF ORAL SOD IN GASTROINTESTINE TRACT

用生理生化实验方法研究了口服ＳＯＤ在生物体胃肠道中的消化和吸收。实验结果表明，口服ＳＯＤ在胃肠道中对酸的耐受性较差，而对水解酶具有较强的抗性；其在小肠中的少量完整吸收行为是一个简单的扩散过程，其主要转运渠道是细胞间隙途径。

The digesttraction and absorption of orally administered SOD in gastrointestine tract were studied by physiological and biochemical experiments.The results sbowed that oral SOD had less resistance to acid in gastrointestine tract, but had stronger resistance to proteolytic enzyme, and that absorption of SOD in intestine was a simple diffusion process mainly by the intercellular pathway.
