摘要
从镰孢SIPI-8926菌株的发酵液中,经溶媒萃取、硅胶柱色谱分离和重结晶等,分离出其中一个具有抑制胆固醇生物合成活性的化合物SIPI-8926-Ⅲ。通过对其理化特性和UV、IR、MS、NMR(1H和13Q等光谱的分析,确定其结构为N-[2-(4-羟基苯基)乙基]乙酰胺,与文献报道N-乙酰酪胺结构一致。
From the fermentation broth of Fusarium strain SIPI-8926,a inhibitor of cholesterol synthetic enzyme designated as antibiotic SIPI-8926-Ⅲ (1) was isolated by solvent extraction, silica gel chromatography and crystallization. The structure of 1 was elucidated by means of physico-chemical properties,UV,IR, MS, NMR (1H and 13C) spectra,and was identical with that of N-acetyltyramine.
