摘要
在论证传统企业管理职务“单梯制”的弊端的基础上,对在企业实行管理、技术职务“双梯制”进行了探讨。
Scientific and technological talents are the key to realize industrialization in our country. How to encourage technical talents, promote their status and retain them have become problems to the enterprises in China, especially big state-owned enterprises and technology-intensive enterprises. The paper proposed 'double-track' system, which offers options promotional paths to technical talents, to solve these problems based on demonstrating the disadvantage of traditional single-track promotional system.
