摘要
提出一种基于PLC的仿人智能PID控制策略,给出了程序流程图和梯形图,并将其应用于试验电炉的温度控制系统中。实践表明该方法对于时变大滞后系统是行之有效。
A Human-simulating intelligent PID control scheme based on PLC is suggested, and the program flow chart and echelon chart program are presented, then the scheme is applied in the temperature control of testing electric furnace. The scheme is proved to be effective to time-varying system with large delay in practice.
