This paper describes a set of rules which are designed for form definition and process in Web-based workflow system.Based on these rules,user can not only define HTML-based forms freely but also control their display,operation,and process logic flexibly.By combining various rules,user can realize a series of complicated functions,which can fully meet the requirement of form definition and process in multi-branch workflow system.This practice shows that these rules can improve workflow system's flexibility and expansibility effectively.
