摘要
开关功率放大器是磁悬浮轴承的重要执行环节,一般为模拟电路设计。针对磁轴承模拟开关功率放大器功耗大的缺点,提出一种用CPLD产生PWM信号的数字开关功率放大器设计。本文介绍了用CPLD产生PWM信号和对PWM波进行逻辑控制的原理,并用Max+plusII软件进行了编程仿真,最后给出了仿真结果和实验结果。
The analog switching power amplifier of magnetic bearings have some shortages,such as high power consumption.A novel digital switching power amplifier in which PWM pulse is made by CPLD is presented.The principle of PWM based on CPLD is introduced ,and simulation made by the software Max+plus II is shown.At last experimental results prove the digital switching power amplifier is valuable for magnetic bearing system.
