德育预防青少年犯罪的作用要得以实现,必须注重并研究德育工作方式。在新形势下,德育可以采取确保德育在教育中的首要地位、重视教师的表率作用、研究德育内容与目标相契合的方法三种有效方式来开展。

To bring the crime prevention of moral education in juvenile delinquencies into play we should pay attention to the ways of moral education. Under the new circum stances, moral education can be carried out in three functional ways: first, assuring the important status of moral education in education; second, paying special attention to the model function of the teachers; third, researching the way in which the content of the moral education could agree with its aim.
