浅议行政强制措施

On the Forcible Measure of Administration

目前,我国对行政强制措施的定义、内容、性质、分类等问题认识混乱,有待于澄清。我国行政强制措施还存在法律规定欠缺、实施主体混乱、期限不明确等问题,需采取有效措施加以完善。

Currently there is ambiguous cognition of the conception, content, property and classification of the forcible measure of administration in China, which should to be clarified. And there are some else problems in the forcible measure of administration in China, such as the lacking of the enactment, the confusion of the subject and the indescribable period, and etc. We should take effective measures to improve that.
