对完善上市公司退市制度的几点思考

Some Thoughts about Perfecting Delisting System of Listed Company of China

我国现行退市制度存在的缺陷主要是退市标准的界定过于模糊,操作性不强;退市处理权限规定比较混乱。应建立自愿退市制度,明确退市的决定权限,保护中小股东的利益。

The shortcomings of Chinese delisting system of listed company mainly lie in the ambiguous definition of the standard and jurisdiction. We should set up the system of voluntary delisting, clear the definite and jurisdiction of delisting, and protect the interests of minor stockholders.
