摘要
结合我国医院护理工作实际,根据护理管理工作需要,论述了护士长与科主任之间的关系。指出,护士长应从科主任身后走出来,主动担负起护理管理工作职责,护理管理人员也应努力提高自己的学术及管理水平,成为护理领域的学科带头人和有效的管理者。
The article discusses the development of nursing practice and management,and proceeding from this point of view explores ways for head nurse to enhance technical and managerial expertise,carry on active managerial work in nursing care, and cooperate harmoniously with deparment director.
