P91钢主蒸汽管焊接工艺评定及现场工艺控制 被引量:4

摘要 山西华能榆社电厂二期2×300MW机组扩建工程,其主蒸汽管道(主管Ф450×41,支管Ф335×31)采用1-2制方式。主蒸汽管道采用的钢种为SA335P91。对P91钢的焊接在江西省火电建设公司尚属首次。在学习和借鉴兄弟单位成功经验的基础上,严格按《T91/P91钢焊接工艺导则》要求,进行了焊接工艺评定试验,制定了焊接、热处理工艺。在#3机组的P91钢的焊接中,严格按工艺进行施工。并结合现场的具体条件,采取了相应的工艺控制措施。确保了P91钢焊接工作顺利进行,保证了质量。 Its main steam pipe (main pipeΦ 450× 41, branch pipeΦ 335× 31)uses 1- 2 mode in the second stage 2× 300 MW unit extension project in ShanXi HuaNeng YuShe power plant.the steel used by main steam pipe is SA 335P91. the welding of P91 steel is the first thims in JiangXi thermal power constructim company.Base on using other's successful experience for learn and reference,according to the demand of T91/P91 Welding Technology Guide, We makes assessment test of welding technology and works out the technology of welding and heat treatment.We makes construction strictly according to technology during P91 steel welding in No.3 unit.Combining the concrete condition in the field, we uses the related technology control measures. This ensures the work of P91 steel welding successfully carry out and guarantees its quality.
