摘要
通过对某电厂300MW汽轮机高中压转子振动突变原因的分析,指出改造后的调节级汽封与转子摩擦是主要原因。介绍了检查和处理过程,并提出了在调节级处改弹性汽封应慎重的建议。
The abrupt vibration symptom of high- medium pressure rotor of 300MW steam turbine is analysed in the paper. It is pointed out that the abrupt vibration is mainly due to the friction between the rotor and the new model vapor lock of governing stage.the measures should be taken are presented in this paper.
