摘要
本文从理论上给出评价脉冲红外热成像无损检测分辨能力的依据,并以尼龙试件为例探讨了检测系统分辨力与缺陷深度、大小及检测时间之间的关系,从理论上给出检测系统对尼龙试件中缺陷深度和大小的检测极限分别为2. 5mm和2. 7mm,以及最佳的检测时间为热脉冲作用后的35s左右。同时,将理论结果与实验结果作了对比验证。
In this paper the influences of the size and depth of defects and detection time on the detectability of thermal pulsed-video thermography nondestructive testing system are discussed through theoretical analysis,and the criteria to assess the detectability of the testing system as well as theoretical testing limit are given for specific system and material nylon.As for nylon,the optimal detection time is about 35 seconds after the heat pulse flux was applied to sample surface,and detectable depth and size are 2.5mm and 2.7mm respectively.Meanwhile theoretical results and experimental results are compared.
