摘要 以MSC.Marc软件为平台,建立子午线轮胎的三维非线性稳态滚动有限元模型。在模型计算中,考虑了轮胎的静态载荷施加过程、自由滚动过程、完全刹车滑动过程、防抱死刹车过程和牵引过程,得到了轮胎接地面的接触应力分布情况及轮胎牵引力与转速之间的关系等结果,有利于进一步了解轮胎的动态性能。 A 3D non-linear FE model for the steady-state rolling of radial tire was established by using MSC.Marc software as platform.In the calculation of model,the following processes,such as static load applying process,free rolling process,full brake coasting process,anti-block braking process and tracktive process,were taken into account to obtain the stress distribution on the ground-contact area of tire and the relationship between traction force and rotational speed of tire,which were beneficial to learn the dynamic performance of tire.
