摘要 基于刚性转鼓加载传递、XY传感测力法,导出表征轮胎不均匀性的径向力和侧向力变化量的传递关系。介绍轮胎均匀性试验机检测核心装置及数据采集控制系统的结构和工作原理。其核心装置由轮辋组件、转鼓组件和测力装置组成;数据采集控制系统主要由传感检测、信号调理数据采集、数据处理及输出和过程控制模块等构成,IPC和PLC协调完成控制任务。 Based on the method of load transfer from rigid drum and X-Y force sensors,the transfer relationship of the variations of radial force and lateral force,which are used to characterize the tire uniformity,is deduced.The structure and principle of core detecting equipment and data acquisition and control system of tire uniformity tester are described.The core detecting equipment consists of rim component,drum component and force sensors;the data acquisition and control system consists of sensor detecting,signal transformation data acquisition,data processing and output,and process control module;and the control is realized by IPC and PLC coordinately.
