摘要 针对碱回收蒸发工段的DCS的控制要求,介绍了一套适合该工段的基于ProfiBus-DP与Ethernet的通信网络设计及其系统安全保护设计。它们的实现为在碱回收蒸发工段中实施常规PID控制及复杂的智能控制提供了良好的基础。 A communication net design based on ProfiBus-DP and Ethernet, which can meet the DCS control requirements in evaporation workshop section of alkali reclaim, and the system safety protection design are introduced in this paper. Their establishment supplies the fair groundwork for conventional PID control and other complicated, intelligent controls in the evaporation workshop section of alkali reclaim.
