基于嵌入式PC与GPRS的SCADA在油田中的应用

The Application of Embedded-PC&GPRS-based SCADA in Oilfield

为了将相距几十公里以外的现场数据传送到监控中心,实现远程监控一体化的目标,基于嵌入式PC与GPRS技术的特点,提出了一种基于嵌入式PC与中国移动GPRS的SCADA系统。该系统的嵌入式PC采用ADAM-5000系列模块和ADAM-5510可编程控制器,完成标准模拟信号和总线信号的采集与发送。通过测试研究表明,该系统不仅可用于油田生产过程,也可应用于大型的工矿企业生产过程。因此,对于远程数据的监控系统的实现具有实际应用价值。

For the sake of transferring the field data from the field tens of kilometers away to supervisory control center, a SCADA system based on embedded PC and GPRS of China Mobil was proposed. The sampling and transmitting of standard analog signal and digital bus data is performed by both ADMA-5000 Series modules and ADMA-5510 PLC mounted in embedded-PC in SCADA. The testing results indicate that it can be applied in the supervisory control not only in oilfield production process but also in other large scale industry production process. Thus, this system has the preferable application value of remote data supervisory control.
