在烟草生产中存在烟叶杂物如何处理的难题,杂物的颜色或多或少与烟叶的颜色存在差异,可以利用这一点的差异,通过图像处理,分离出烟叶与杂物的颜色特征,达到剔除杂物的目的。本文通过论述图像处理的基本原理,对图像获取、建立对照表、控制模块等进行了一定的应用研究。

There is a problem in how to eliminate the tobacco sundries on cigarette production.The sundries and tobacco is more or less difference in color,we can utilize this difference ,through making use of image manipulation to achiev eliminating sundries intention.In this text I dissertate the basic principle of image manipulation,making application research of image gaining,building contrast table and control module.
