应用CBR技术对热风炉送风温度的预测

Use the Technology of CBR to Predict the Temperature of the Hot Blast Stove

热风炉是高炉系统中非常重要的设备之一。如何保证热风炉产生持续高温是热风炉控制的目的。因此,如何进行烧炉操作和何时换炉是热风炉控制的关键。本文首次利用CBR技术对处于即将送风的热风炉进行送风温度预测,结果表明,该方法准确有效,实用性强,对处于燃烧期的热风炉具有很重要的指导意义。

The hot blast stove is very important to the blast furnace. The objective is how to improve and maintain the flow-rate and temperature of the blast air to ensure efficient furnace operation. The controls of the hot blast stoves mainly conclude on-gas control and auto-changeover. We use the method of CBR to predict the hot blast temperature. The results show, the method is valid and practical, and it has important interest of guidance to the on-gas hot blast stove.
