摘要
本文介绍了一个基于以太网技术和RS-485协议的网络化数据采集系统,远程监控中心和上位机通过以太网使用TCP/IP协议进行通信,上位机和数量众多的下位机数据采集系统之间则使用RS-485串行总线和串口协议进行通信,系统的特点是传输距离远、组态灵活方便,可靠性和实时性都比较高,该实现方案可应用于冶金、化工、煤矿等大型工矿企业的生产过程的远程数据采集。
In this paper, a networked data acquisition system based on the technology of Ethernet and RS-485 is presented. The communication between remote monitoring center and host computer is based on TCP/IP protocol through Ethernet, and the communication of between host computer and numerous slave computers is based on RS-485 and serial port protocol. This system has characteristics of long-distance transmission, flexible configuration, and its reliability and real-time are excellent. The schemes can be used in many fields, such as metallurgy, chemistry, colliery and etc, where have remote data acquisition requirement on large-scale system.
