为了针对性加强医药、医技类相关专业建设,以满足当地卫生人才的需求,我们对衡阳市卫生人力资源的现状进行了调查研究,并在此基础上对本市未来五年卫生人力资源的需求进行了预测。

In order to strengthen the specialties including medicine and medical technology related, and to meet the needs of local medical workers, we investigated and studied the current situation of medical human resources of Hengyang, on the basis of which, we calculated the needs of medical human resources of the city in the next five years.
