摘要
分析比较了不同荧光粉的激发光谱、发射光谱、转换效率、峰值波长等特性,提出以二价锰激活的硅酸锌Zn2SiO4荧光粉为荧光粉层,以光学纤维面板为基底,采用刷涂技术,研制了一种可以将紫外光信号转换为可见光信号的转换屏,并实验测量了其转换效率和余辉。由测量知其转换效率可以达到80%,余辉为25ms。因此,利用此转换屏可以高效地将紫外光信号转换为可见光信号。
Inspire spectrum, emission spectrum, conversion efficiency, peak value wavelength of different fluorescence powder were analyzed and compared. It was brought forward that using Zn2SiO4 : Mn fluorescence powder as radiation and using optical fiber panel as floor. By adopting coat technology, conversion screen that can convert ultraviolet signal into visible light signal was developed. Also conversion efficiency and keep time of it were measured experimentally, and conversion efficiency is up to 80% , keep time is 25 ms. Therefore, ultraviolet signal can be converted effectively into visible light sfgnal utilizing this conversion screen.
